→ Reverse-engineer, deconstruct, or attempt to extract proprietary workflows
→ Clone our branding, layout, graphics, or unique interface elements
→ Resell or redistribute any part of the GAIGENT ecosystem
→ Create derivative works based on our content
→ Use our brand to promote unaffiliated products or services

Any unauthorized use violates our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

4. User Content

Any content you enter into GAIGENTs remains yours.
However, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide AI functionality.

We do not claim ownership of your personal data, uploads, or inputs.

5. Proprietary Systems and Trade Secrets

Our internal systems, including:

→ Multi-AI routing
→ Workflow automation
→ Custom personality models
→ Agent-specific behavior trees
→ Backend processes and algorithms

are classified as trade secrets and are protected accordingly.
These internal mechanisms are not publicly disclosed.

6. Third-Party IP

Our Services may incorporate models or tools from third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Google Gemini).
These tools remain the intellectual property of their respective companies.
Their use does not grant you any rights to their internal systems or data.
